Competition Entry Form

To submit your digital images and entry form:

* Our electronic payment option is currently unavailable. You may submit your images by email with the following informaiton, but an application and payment must be mailed to the address below. The issue with epay should be resolved shortly. 

1) Read the prospectus carefully to be sure you understand and have completed every requirement for submission and participation in the event.

2) Submit your images by email to: tufty68@gmail.com. 

• In the "subject" line of the email type "Your Full Name - Online Competition Entry."
• Be sure to include the following information in the body of your email:
  • Full Name
  • Full Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email (will be used to send confirmation and paypal invoices)
    • Entry #
    • Title
    • Medium
    • Size including Frame
    • Sale Price or NFS
• Upload your images as *.jpg file attachments (See prospectus for proper file preparation instructions. Do not send raw images).

3) Once your images and info have been submitted by email:
