Welcome to the web home of the Artist Guild of Northwest Georgia. We are a diverse group of artists from Paulding and surrounding counties, located in the Northwest region of Georgia, approximately 1 hour west of the city of Atlanta.

Being so close to Atlanta gives local artists an unprecedented opportunity to experience the vast cultural resources available to the general public in and around the city. Unfortunately many people don't realize that artists of tremendous talent don't all live within the metro area, and this is where AGNWG is focusing it's attention.

AGNWG is not an art association, but a bridge which connects artists, art lovers, groups and associations with one another. We provide a format where artists in Northwest Georgia can find and contribute the tools, information and contacts we all need to achieve our goals.

We are dedicated to promoting fine art in all mediums, and expanding the knowledge and skill base of our members through the organization of educational events and demonstrations, visits to galleries and museums, and through member shows and exhibitions.
